The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a Texas driver’s license, and experience in a medical office setting, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
• Greet patients and provide information at the front desk.
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain patient accounts and medical records in the EMR system.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Remind patients of upcoming appointments by phone.
• Coordinate mail flow and keep the reception area organized.
