Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient records and update information in EMR.
• Verify insurance and collect/record patient financial information.
• Assist with office operations and correspondence.
• Coordinate mail flow and ensure reception area is organized.
