Job summary

Houston Metro Urology, the largest urology practice in Houston, is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to enhance patient services. In this role, you will provide exceptional service, coordinate patient flow, and manage vital front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in medical reception, strong customer service skills, and be bilingual in Spanish. Applicants with high school or equivalent education are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist.
• At least 2 years of experience with medical terminology.
• 3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, compassionate service to all patients.
• Coordinate patient flow within the clinic.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain organized front desk operations.
• Manage and update patient information in EMR.
