Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out
• Answer the phone within 3 rings
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Collect payments and ensure balances at end of shift
• Scan and file new patient paperwork
• Verify demographic information and update records
• Refill appointment reminders and reschedule no-shows
