Job summary

Children's Village in Yakima, WA seeks a Relief Medical Receptionist to be the frontline contact for our clinics. You will greet patients, answer calls, register new patients, and support scheduling and data entry in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required, along with strong customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Pay ranges from $17.57 to $21.52 per hour, with bilingual differential compensation for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience as a receptionist in a clinic preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with level 9 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answers the phone, transfers calls, and takes messages for the clinic.
• Greet patients and maintain logs; provide translation as needed.
• Ensure accurate data and forms; register new patients and update charts.
