You will triage patients, assist providers, document in the EMR, schedule appointments, and communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned
• Complete any documentation, scanning and referrals before end of day
• Responsible for obtaining accurate inventory and submitting to appropriate manager
