Qualifications

• 1+ year medical office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; medical admin certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and check them in with care.
• Verify insurance + ID, help patients with intake forms.
• Answer phones, schedule/reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits.
• Manage provider schedules and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Become our Infinitt scheduling software expert + use Excel/SharePoint for daily productivity tracking.
• Scan, file, and keep records organized and HIPAA-compliant.
• Keep our waiting room calm, clean, and welcoming.
• Provide basic patient education when needed.
