• Must be fluent in English and one other language.
• High School graduate with 2 years of related medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately, maintain provider information and appointment notes.
• Answer high volume calls with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and referring offices.
