Job summary

Women’s Imaging Specialists in Cumming, GA is seeking a friendly Scheduler fluent in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese or Hindi) to support our multi-site imaging centers. You will handle accurate scheduling, data entry, and high-volume calls with excellent customer service.

Requirements include a High School diploma and 2 years of related work experience in a physician's office; proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; and the ability to learn our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma and 2 years of related work experience in a physician's office.
• Fluency in English and one other language (Spanish, Portuguese or Hindi).
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft programs and willingness to learn scheduling/EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient scheduling and rescheduling of all routine and diagnostic services for multi-site imaging provider.
• Understand custom requirements and variations among individual facility appointment schedules.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls daily with excellent customer service.
• Accurate data entry of medical appointments, instructions, patient information and chart notes.
• Create and maintain new referring provider practice information.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other medical staff and referring offices.
• Knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA requirements is helpful.
