Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practice within licensure scope and coordinate case management.
• Review medical data to establish and maintain case plans with providers and payers.
• Contact payers to verify benefits and ensure medical necessity.
• Maintain case files, document actions, and generate reports for payers.
• Negotiate with providers for optimal medical benefits and services.
