Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients and manage front desk operations for a medical office in Houston. You will check in patients, scan insurance cards and licenses, and support appointment scheduling and data accuracy in the Intergy system. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year of medical office experience, and bilingual Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of medical office experience required.
• CPT and ICD9 experience preferred; bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors as they arrive and direct them appropriately.
• Check in patients, scan insurance cards and driver’s licenses, and verify information.
• Explain and assist patients with form completion and gather patient data for the system.
