Job summary

Englewood Health’s Primary Care West New York location seeks a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to support patient intake, documentation, and front-desk operations from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, accurate data entry, and efficient patient flow in a busy primary care setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus MA/PCT program completion and CPR certification (CMA/RMA/PCT).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years MA/PCT experience.
• Completion of an accredited MA/PCT program preferred.
• Current CPR certification and CMA/RMA/PCT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of primary care and patient care management.
• Interview patients to obtain demographics, financial information, and identification.
• Perform routine clerical tasks: phones, reception, data entry, and registration records.
• Support patient flow from waiting area to exam rooms and prep work for physicians.
