Englewood Health in West New York, NJ, seeks a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician to support primary care services. Under supervision, you will interview patients and collect necessary information, perform clerical tasks, and help move patients from waiting to exam rooms.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, completion of an accredited MA/PCT program preferred, and current CPR certification.

Competenze

• Bilingual abilities are required.
• Experience with medical terminology and practice management systems preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Interview patients or representatives to obtain personal, demographic, and financial information and identification.
• Answer telephones, assist with patient registration, and handle clerical tasks.
• Support flow of patients from waiting area to exam rooms and prepare patients for physician time.
