Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support who will work in a remote environment serving South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, assisting with Medicaid applications, and resolving escalated inquiries in a fast-paced call center setting.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong communication, and adherence to policies, with full-time hours and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent education.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of call center or telephone customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Medicaid member inquiries using scripts in a call center.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and documents calls.
• Provides information on member eligibility and assists with Medicaid applications.
• Follows established policies, procedures, and escalation paths.
• Acts as an advocate to ensure member needs are met.
