Job summary

Adecco is seeking a bilingual Marketing Consultant (Spanish/English) to support a worldwide bank's branch experience marketing initiatives, enhancing customer experiences and strengthening brand presence. The role will drive programs across a retail branch network.

The ideal candidate will manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory alignment while leveraging data to optimize impact.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market and culturally relevant marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, marketing communications, or program management.
• Experience in banking, financial services, retail, or another customer-focused industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branch marketing programs that support business goals and improve customer engagement.
• Manage marketing initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery.
• Support the creation, review, and execution of Spanish-language marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing solutions in a highly matrixed environment.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Leverage customer insights and performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness.
