United Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our branch team. You will handle daily client interactions, support sales initiatives, and build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced banking environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor's a plus), 2–3 years of customer service or banking experience, strong written and spoken communication (Spanish a plus), basic math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus.
• 3 years of customer contact/service or 2 years in banking environment, preferably in a branch.
• Experience handling money and being accountable for funds.
• Completion of Bank’s in-house training program.
• Sales-oriented and relationship-building demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Spanish or another language a plus.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of core banking system beneficial.
• Travel up to 15% within branch region.
