Job summary

Advance America is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to drive branch growth and profitability. You will lead sales leadership, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service while aligning with company policies and compliance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Two years of prior management experience preferred; working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures.
Ability to coach and develop others; knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead branch operations, training, and sales leadership in partnership with Division Director.
Drive marketing strategies to increase market share and active customer accounts.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to branch team to achieve objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
