Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Retail Branch Operations to lead business development, branch operations, staffing and results across assigned service centers.

You will hire and coach staff, drive sales, ensure compliance and coordinate with regional leadership to execute marketing campaigns and service goals. Bilingual English and Spanish required. Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of business experience with at least three years of management experience in a financial institution or retail sales.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong sales skills, organizational ability and excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Energetic, self-motivated leader with initiative to network and develop relationships.
• Excellent detail orientation, time management, and follow-up skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent PC skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership ability to achieve results in a goal-oriented environment.
• High integrity and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all agreed service center goals and implement action plans for deficiencies.
• Hire, supervise, coach, train and develop service center employees across operations and products.
• Create and manage branch business plans for multiple service centers.
• Resolve member concerns related to credit union matters.
• Maintain positive sale and service environment through training, recognition and accountability.
• Identify and execute promotional activities to meet goals and support marketing campaigns.
• Understand and monitor compliance with credit union policies and laws.
• Oversee branch security and compliance, audit integrity, and manage branch risk.
• Manage sponsor relationships to ensure support and positive positioning.
• Coordinate strategy with Regional Director to share best practices across the branch network.
• Drive events with Business Development to grow membership and brand awareness.
• Participate in initiatives supporting the Service Center viewpoint.
