Job summary

You’ll manage recruitment, HRIS records, training, performance management, and employee relations. The role focuses on safety, culture, and policy adherence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years HR experience or 5 years HR experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong MS Office skills and HRIS experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior.
• High emotional intelligence with professional handling of sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leader to align HR priorities with goals in onboarding, off boarding, compliance, benefits, leaves, and workers’ comp.
• Support recruitment, selection, and retention of plant employees; coordinate with temp agencies as needed.
• Maintain HRIS records and department files; assist in policy drafting and training programs.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
• Coordinate safety training and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Collaborate to improve organizational culture and structure; participate in improvement activities.
