Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support a beverage manufacturing facility with employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with employees and leadership to foster a positive, safe, and compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing, bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Experience with internal employee relations investigations and compliance with employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS database preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address workplace questions, investigations, and policy interpretations; support corrective actions.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, and manufacturing roles; manage onboarding and orientation.
• Support performance management processes; coach employees and document discussions.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and regulatory requirements; maintain policies and handbooks.
• Administer benefit programs; educate employees on plan options and enrollment.
• Coordinate training needs, track participation, and support workforce development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS; prepare HR metrics and audit documentation.
• Lead HR initiatives and participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
