Gehl-Food- is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to partner with Aseptic, Maintenance, and Engineering teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent initiatives while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

This role supports a 24/7 operation, requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 4+ years HR experience (employee relations focused), and bilingual Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience (employee relations focus).
• Manufacturing or high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders for workforce planning and employee relations.
• Lead investigations and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour).
• Manage leaves of absence and HR processes end-to-end.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and talent decisions.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive business improvements.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and reporting.
• Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Provide HR support across a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
