Novus Foods LLC seeks an on-site Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations at its Delphos, OH plant. You will handle routine and non-recurring HR activities, while partnering with site leadership to ensure processes are accurate, confidential, and compliant.

You will recruit, onboard, manage benefits, leaves, workers’ compensation, and employee relations, working with management to align HR priorities with goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience or 5+ years in HR.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS experience.

Mansioni

• Partner with site leadership to align HR priorities with company goals across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and employee changes.
• Collaborate on onboarding, terminations, compliance, performance and compensation management, employee relations, and training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Ops meetings, Gemba Walks, and Kaizen Events.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and retention for plant employees with Plant Leadership.
• Serve as the liaison with temporary labor agencies and manage pay records and invoices.
• Guide management and employees to improve culture and organizational structure.
