Job summary

Levanta is seeking a Customer Success Manager, APAC (China-based, Mandarin & English fluent) to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth for Chinese-speaking sellers and agency partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor an exceptional experience for Asia-based clients and guide adoption of Levanta's platform across creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
• Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and agency partners in Mandarin and English.
• Drive adoption, usage, and value realization of the platform with customers.
• Match customers with suitable affiliates to accelerate revenue activation and ongoing success.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and address concerns.
• Provide internal product feedback to drive enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor customer health and take steps to mitigate churn and improve retention.
• Stay informed on platform trends and best practices to advise customers effectively.
