Job summary

Excelsior Nutrition Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders from entry through delivery in a fast-paced nutraceutical contract manufacturing environment.

You will serve as the main contact for accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipment, and maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality.

A Bachelor's in a business-related field, strong communication, and ability to multi-task are required; Mandarin bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• STEM major preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing accurate and timely order information.
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, texts, and chats.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Answer questions regarding company policy, warranty, product functions, and specifications.
• Enter and maintain orders in the system, verifying pricing, quantities, and specifications.
• Communicate proactively with all internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, specifications, and communication logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on service quality and process efficiency.
• Handle all aspects of customer order from RFQ to invoice processing and product production coordination.
• Understand how Excelsior completes orders from receipt to shipment.
• Other duties as assigned
