Qualifications

• No prior inventory experience required; willing to train.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update data promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
• Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming/outgoing products.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings.
• Prepare inventory, receiving, shipping, and transfer reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
• Maintain organized inventory files and documentation.
• Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform other inventory- and operations-related duties.
