Job summary

Excelsior Nutrition Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the inventory control operations and oversee warehouse teams. The candidate should have at least three years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or related fields, plus prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or related fields.
• Previous employee management or supervision experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the inventory control team.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely, accurate tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses.
• Manage receiving, shipping, stock transfers, returns and adjustments.
• Review reports and investigate shortages, overages and discrepancies.
• Approve inventory adjustments per policy and authorization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and KPIs.
• Document and timely enter inventory transactions.
• Identify slow-moving, excess or obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Assist management with warehouse and supply chain projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
