Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level-friendly position, and prior inventory experience is not required. Candidates with one to three years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations will be given preference.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with inventory data, proficient in standard office software, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory data in a timely manner.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.

Receive, inspect, count, and document incoming and outgoing products.

Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.

Prepare inventory, receiving, shipping, and transfer reports.

Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
