Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX to assist in maintenance operations across a community. The role includes corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with emphasis on make-ready tasks and safety compliance.

Regular on-site attendance and quick response to resident requests are required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Able to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain pool, grounds, and common areas; perform make-ready tasks and inspections
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies; maintain records of service requests and safety standards
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and uphold safety policies

Education
