Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to complete repairs and replacements to restore units to move-in ready condition within BH standards.
• Performs repairs and upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identifies and reports hazardous conditions to management.
• Ensures preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented.
• Maintains and secures all property-issued tools.
• Posts notices to vacate and communicates with residents as needed.
• Adheres to OSHA and safety policies and procedures.
