Responsibilities

• Provide Make Ready services to ensure apartments and common areas are ready for residents.
• Assist with exterior maintenance and common area upkeep.
• Perform repairs including painting, drywall, carpet cleaning, and tile work as needed.
• Support grounds maintenance and exterior lighting tasks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the property and amenities.
