Job summary

NE Property Management, at Hunter's Court Apartments in Dallas, TX, seeks a Make-Ready Technician who is bilingual in Spanish to prep vacated units for new residents. Responsibilities include patching, painting, appliance testing, light plumbing/electrical work, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the on-site team, utilize commercial painting equipment, and follow best practices to maintain curb appeal and turnaround speed.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance foundation with 2+ years on-site multi-family or make-ready experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required to communicate with residents and team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition using patching and painting.
• Test appliances and ensure working condition, report repairs as needed.
• Inspect and repair fixtures, doors, windows, and baseboards.
• Perform light plumbing tasks and fix leaks as needed.
• Maintain property curb appeal and assist with on-site team workflows.
