Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at a Danvers, MA manufacturing plant. The role leads a maintenance team, ensures safe, reliable operation of production equipment, and drives continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish, with knowledge of SAP, CMMS, and PLCs. Salary starts at $55/hour DOE with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in a related field with engineering/industrial maintenance background.
• 3+ years supervision in industrial maintenance, preferably in food/beverage plant.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and repair plant refrigeration, Freon compressors, packaging and production equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance; ensure timely servicing.
• Use hand/power tools, PLC programming, precision measurement and testing instruments.
• Recommend improvements to senior management for maintenance functions.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor equipment.
