Source Recruitment Solutions has an opening for a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift in Newburyport, MA. The role leads a maintenance team, troubleshoots and maintains industrial equipment, and ensures safety and continuous operation in a state-of-the-art facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related maintenance with engineering background, bilingual English/Spanish, and hands-on experience with robotics, HVAC, and refrigeration.

Qualifications

• H.S. Degree or GED required; BS in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance with engineering background in food/beverage equipment.
• 3+ years in supervisory role in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food/beverage plant.
• Trade School Certification or electrical license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with robotics, pneumatics, boilers, cooling towers and HVAC knowledge.
• Capital Projects & CMS management experience.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, AutoCAD; SQF plant experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration, Freon compressors, blenders, high speed packaging and production equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance activities.
• Use hand tools, power tools, PLC programming, precision-measuring and testing instruments.
• Make recommendations to senior management to improve the maintenance function.
• Repair & troubleshoot hydraulic and conveyor machine equipment.
