Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Billerica, MA. The role leads the maintenance staff, troubleshoots and repairs industrial equipment, and ensures uptime for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with SAP, CMMS, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; engineering BS preferred
• 5+ years in related field with engineering/industrial maintenance experience
• 3+ years supervising maintenance in a food/beverage plant
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or fluent

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration systems, freon compressors, blenders, high-speed packaging equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance; ensure service as required.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, PLC programming, and precision instruments.
• Recommend improvements to senior management to optimize maintenance.
• Repair hydraulic and conveyor equipment as needed.
