Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Woburn, MA. The role directs a maintenance team and ensures safe, continuous operation of a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ years supervising, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Experience with SAP, CMMS, and AutoCAD is preferred. Relocation is not offered. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance with engineering background.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a food/beverage plant preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanic team.
• Repair, troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration, Freon compressors, blenders, high-speed packaging equipment.
• Oversee repair and preventive maintenance of food manufacturing machines.
• Monitor material handling equipment maintenance and safety.
