Job summary

Superior Food Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Los Angeles to manage inventory and ensure on‑time, accurate shipments. The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with FedEx/UPS systems, in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include labeling, scheduling freight, packaging, and updating inventory records. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a required/valued skill.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with FedEx/UPS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Schedule freight / LTL on a daily basis.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing orders per company standards.
• Select packaging materials to protect items during transit.
• Generate shipping quotes using FedEx and UPS systems.
