C&Y Global Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to handle inbound and outbound materials, weigh entries, and supplier communications in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Proficient data entry with minimal errors.
• Ability to work under high time pressure with quality.
• Well-organized with initiative and responsibility.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to undergo a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and record weight of all material entering warehouse.
• Generate and send settlements to all suppliers.
• Enter weight, description, and pictures into company database.
• Communicate with suppliers about inbound shipments.
• Communicate with accounting regarding supplier payment.
• Answer supplier concerns as they arise.
• Ensure correct labels on inbound material.
• Organize and file paperwork in a timely manner.
• Plan containers and perform quality control.
• Complete packing list and invoice to customer.
• Communicate with shipping team (overseas) about outbound materials.
• Assist logistics team to coordinate outbound shipments as needed.
