Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ yrs of Administrative/Account Coordinator experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers.
• Administration and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring schedules.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
