Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Administration and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
