Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers with timely communication and issue resolution.
• Administer and collect outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform data entry and generate reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading/unloading activities and schedules.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
