Job summary

Lange Logistics is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will support Account Managers by sourcing carriers, dispatching loads, and scheduling shipments while building strong relationships with shippers and transportation partners.

You will also help with invoicing, billing inquiries, and payables; exposure to a dynamic logistics team offers growth opportunities under the VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• College degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carrier locations and freight, keeping Account Managers informed in real-time.
• Support development and maintenance of relationships with carriers and customers.
• Confirm load details, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and manage appointment scheduling.
• Prepare, process, and review invoice packets for customers.
