Qualifications

• 1+ yrs of experience in Administrative/Account Coordinator role.

• Collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers.
• Assist in invoicing, PO administration, and collection of outstanding payments.
• Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading/unloading activities.
• Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
