Job summary

Lange Fresh Sales, part of Lange Companies, is seeking an Account Coordinator in Dallas, TX to provide administrative and customer support to the Account Manager, ensuring smooth workflow and superior service.

You will coordinate communication between shippers, carriers, and customers, assist invoicing and PO processes, and help with data entry and reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of Administrative/Account Coordinator experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with customer-focused attitude.
• Logistics/dispatch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between shippers, carriers, customers, and the Account Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist invoicing, PO administration, and collection of outstanding payments.
• Perform data entry and generate reports for operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities.
• Handle general office duties and confidential materials.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
