Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months related experience.
• Experience in waste, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Customer service experience in a call center preferred.
• Good telephone and two-way radio skills.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and typing.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and be respectful.
• Strong problem-solving and timely resolution skills.
• Prioritize, plan work, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base, dispatching to calls.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers; close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate with drivers and customers.
• Answer calls from Customer Service and provide route information.
• Communicate service changes to Sales staff.
• Enter data into databases and prepare reports.
• Maintain driver data in systems and update Tower/Trackese.
• Distribute driver phones and equipment; update software.
• Perform PPE inventory and Saturday work as needed.
