Job summary

Covenant Logistics in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Representative to ensure service excellence and coordinate cross-border shipments. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, manage commitments, and monitor freight to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, carriers, shippers and receivers in English and Spanish, updating status via email and phone, and entering load information into the TMS system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business management required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
• 1+ Logistics or transportation experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish language required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor cross-border transportation across shipments and carriers.
• Continuously communicate with customers, carriers, shippers and receivers in English and Spanish via email and phone.
• Work with internal departments to cover freight loads, track and trace movements, and schedule service.
• Track shipment status, ETAs, and exceptions with timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve load coverage and operational efficiency.
• Resolve delays, schedule changes, and last-minute adjustments without direction.
• Accept, pre-accept freight, verify mileage and rates, and enter load information into the TMS.
