Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations Department with shipments, pick-ups, and delivery coordination. You will work with routing teams, maintain logs, and provide exceptional customer service across internal and external partners.

Ideal candidates are bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly compensation in the described range.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Teams, and One Drive.
• Must be comfortable with learning TMS carrier systems, programs, portals and WMS.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure warehouse conditions.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Works with Vendor Compliance processes to ensure shipment compliance.
• Coordinate shipments using labels, Bill of Lading, and routing per SLA.
• Maintain facility layout and recommend changes with Supervisor/Manager.
• Route 3rd party orders following retailer guidelines.
• Reschedule missed pick-ups and verify carrier appointments.
