Job summary

NRI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own scheduled pickups, manage shipments, and support the Operations Department. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based at LL 16609 Slover Ave., Fontana, CA, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule and a starting pay range listed below. You will collaborate with internal teams, provide excellent customer service, and may assist with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ month of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
• Comfortable learning TMS and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor pickups and reschedule as needed.
• Ensure outbound shipments meet SLA and client needs.
• Maintain carrier appointments and routing compliance.
• Create shipping labels and Bills of Lading.
• Track shipments domestically and internationally as needed.
• Prepare and maintain manifests and recap reports.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams.
• Provide PODs to clients.
