NRI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Henderson, NV to own shipments for pick-ups and deliveries, support the routing team, and deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally. The role requires quick thinking, multitasking, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a starting pay range of $21/hr–$25.50/hr. Proficiency with WMS Aspire and MS Office is essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a

Competenze

• Must have 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Teams, and One Drive.
• Must be comfortable with learning TMS carrier systems, programs, portals and WMS.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, tolerate dust/noise/heat/cold.
• Must be bilingual.

Mansioni

• Coordinate shipments and manage routing in accordance with client needs and SLA.
• Create and print labels and Bills of Lading; arrange transportation via parcel or LTL.
• Maintain accuracy of manifests, recaps, and carrier appointments.
• Resolve gaps in training to minimize routing errors and chargebacks.
• Update TMS portal credentials and retailer routing guides.
