Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Fontana, CA to manage scheduled pickups and deliveries, collaborate with internal teams, and provide exceptional customer service across the organization.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm, with starting pay range $21.00–$25.50 per hour. The role requires strong MS Office skills, WMS/TMS familiarity, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Teams, and One Drive
• Comfortable with learning TMS carrier systems, programs, portals and WMS
• Good attendance with no PIPs in last 3 months
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure standing/walking for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and pickups to meet client needs and SLA.
• Maintain shipping docs, BOLs, and carrier communications.
• Coordinate vendor routing and compliance processes.
• Create shipping labels and track shipments domestically and internationally.
• Support with daily recap reports and monitoring of carrier appointments.
• Assist with overtime as needed.
