NRI Distribution is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Operations team in Los Angeles. You will own scheduled pick-ups, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with internal teams and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires multitasking, adaptability, and strong communication across all levels of the organization, including clients. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime.

Competenze

• Must have 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams and OneDrive.
• Comfortable learning TMS carrier systems and WMS (Aspire).
• Good attendance and performance; no PIPs in last 3 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Support scheduling pickups and deliveries and coordinating with vendors.
• Ensure shipments follow client needs and SLA commitments.
• Maintain shipment docs, labels, and BOLs with accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Provide ongoing carrier updates and PODs as requested.
